Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is very simple and we strive to resolve any product or delivery issue as quickly and easily as possible. There are some rules you must keep in mind for this
Reason for return:
Before making a return, you must tell us why you want to return the product. Free returns are applicable in case of – wrong/defective product delivery, different color or different size delivery etc. However, if the customer changes his mind or wants to return for personal reasons, then delivery charges and a return fee of Tk 60 per parcel will be applicable.
Refund:
Upon arrival of the product return, it will be checked by our team and refund will be issued within 72 working days of receiving the product and checking if everything is in order i.e. in original and salable condition. In this case, the refund will be made through the same mode of payment.
